No I am not referring to being suddenly woken up in the middle of the night by the sound that someone had seemingly turned on a massive tap above my house bacuase of the amount of rain that was falling.

I visited the good old NHS today. It was a long standing appointment in regards to my ankle.
This time last year I had an arthroscopic debridement operation to clear out loose bone fragments and file down a spur. However the operation identified that I have little cartilage left on the joint.

Saturday saw the clubhouse get a lick of paint. The first I have seen it ever get and hence the first in at least six years.
Typically no players turned up to help out. Luckily the parents of the junior side showed more willing.
Virtually 75 litres of paint later, the clubhouse now sports a lovely shade [...]
